Effective Date: 2 April 2026. This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through sanarelab.tech, operated by Sanare Lab Ltd.
Digital Products — All Sales Final
All digital products sold through our website, including reports, audits, strategy packages, and other downloadable or electronically delivered materials, are non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital goods, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once a product has been purchased and delivered. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
Service Not Delivered
If you have purchased a digital product or service and have not received it within the stated delivery timeframe, please contact us at support@sanarelab.tech within 7 days of purchase. We will investigate the issue and, if we confirm that the product was not delivered, we will either redeliver the product or issue a full refund within 5 business days.
Monthly Subscription Services
For recurring monthly services such as Full Amazon Account Management, you may cancel at any time by contacting support@sanarelab.tech. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial months.
Duplicate Charges
If you believe you have been charged twice for the same product, please contact us immediately at support@sanarelab.tech with your order confirmation. We will review the charge and issue a refund for any confirmed duplicate payment within 5 business days.
